Jordan is a trained pianist with a degree from the Hartt School of Music and Royal College of Music in London. He earned a certificate in piano technology from The North Bennett Street School. Jordan was the Director of Technical Services and Manager of Piano Restoration for Faust Harrison Pianos before joining Steinway & Sons as factory Foreman of the Touch & Tone Department. He currently operates one of North America’s premier hammer companies.

Keith Sottovia is Chief Concert Technician and Director of Concert & Customer Service at Jacobs Music Company in Philadelphia. Keith is a Steinway expert and maintains pianos for the Philadelphia Orchestra at the Kimmel Cultural Campus. Keith works closely with some of the world’s most prominent concert artists, including Yuja Wang, Daniil Trifonov, and Evgeny Kissin. Keith has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Rutgers University.

Gretchen earned a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Butler University and a Master of Music in Piano Performance from Westminster Choir College. As an apprentice, and then Retail Piano Technician at the Steinway Hall basement on 57th Street, Gretchen honed her craft under the mentorship of master technicians Alex Markovich and Eric Schandall. Gretchen has been a professional piano technician for more than 20-years.

Justin is a second-generation piano rebuilder, concert technician, and Steinway & Sons expert. Justin has worked for several symphonies and orchestras, and was Chief Technician at the Aspen Music Festival for eight years. As a technical educator and mentor, Justin is recognized for creating meaningful educational programs and curriculum for up-and-coming piano techs. Justin is currently a concert technician for The Kennedy Center and National Symphony Orchestra in Washington, D.C.

Glen is a second-generation piano technician and founder of Center for Piano Technology. As Chief Piano Technician for Steinway & Sons’ Music Technology Department, Glen played an integral role in the product development, manufacturing, and technician training of high-resolution player piano, Steinway Spirio. Glen is a passionate educator who has trained more than 200 piano technicians around the world.
